Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals.
• Manage a patient caseload, dedicating focused one-on-one time (typically one patient per hour) to implement effective therapy interventions.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance patients' mobility and promote functional independence.
• Design effective exercise programs tailored to patients' specific needs and recovery milestones.
• Provide education and resources that encourage patients to adopt healthier lifestyles, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure progress toward rehabilitation goals.
• Document all patient care services following compliance standards and maintain accurate records using EMR software, specifically WebPT, for streamlined documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaged in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population primarily dealing with orthopedic conditions. You will assist individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and other musculoskeletal issues in an outpatient setting. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques, showcasing your ability to manipulate soft tissue and joints effectively.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing tailored exercise protocols based on best practices.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to efficiently document patient care.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
