Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate each patient's unique history and needs.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and protocols to enhance recovery and rehabilitative outcomes.
• Explaining evaluation and treatment findings to patients and their families, setting mutual goals for recovery.
• Implementing effective treatment strategies based on ongoing assessment of patients' progress and changes in their condition.
• Documenting patient care accurately and timely in accordance with regulations and ensuring continuity in treatment and insurance requirements.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for patients.
• Participating actively in departmental meetings and contributing to the achievement of department goals.
• Employing efficient time management skills to meet productivity targets while maintaining a quality standard of care.
• Engaging in marketing activities within the hospital and the community to promote access to our services.

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
