Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical therapy needs of patients, identifying their unique orthopedic challenges.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on continuous assessment outcomes and patient progress.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, exercise regimens, and innovative techniques to enhance recovery and mobility.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
• Provide education to patients and their families on treatment processes, expected outcomes, and strategies for continued recovery at home.
• Participate in regular team meetings to review patient goals and collaborate with other healthcare disciplines for coordinated care.
• Uphold the clinic's values by promoting a positive culture of care and support within the team and toward our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work with a diverse client base, including children, adults, and seniors recovering from various conditions such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, a Master's degree or DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) is preferred.
• Licensure in the state of Florida, issued by the Board of Physical Therapy, is mandatory for practice.
• Experience with a broad array of orthopedic conditions and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the patient population is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
