Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Baylor Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks aimed at enhancing client health and mobility. Responsibilities include:

• Directing tailored physical therapy treatment plans to prevent disability, relieve pain, and restore functional movement in alignment with individualized care plans.
• Assessing clients' levels of functionality through comprehensive evaluations, utilizing advanced diagnostic tests to understand their specific needs.
• Overseeing Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistency and quality of care delivery per the established treatment protocols.
• Conducting home evaluations to identify barriers to independence and proposing viable modifications to enhance clients' rehabilitation process.
• Managing the administration of therapeutic exercises and training clients in functional activities that are critical to their daily living skills.
• Reporting and documenting all clinical interactions meticulously to maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
