Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized treatment plans for each patient, evaluating their individual needs and goals to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic exercises, hands-on manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to boost mobility, strength, and daily functional performance.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting vital metrics and adapting treatment strategies in response to patient improvements or setbacks.
• Educate patients and their families on effective management techniques for their conditions, promoting self-care strategies and injury prevention.
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans, patient progress, and outcomes in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring accurate reporting for quality improvement.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care and participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing strategies and patient updates.

Our facility serves a diverse population, including post-operative rehabilitation patients, individuals recovering from sports-related injuries, and seniors requiring mobility enhancements. Qualifications

• An active Florida State License as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in the same field are highly encouraged to apply.
