Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on each patient's goals and physician directives.
• Providing direct therapy through various modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
• Documenting patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the effectiveness of the rehabilitation process.
• Educating patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals and contributing to overall clinic objectives while showcasing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in documentation and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
