In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapeutic care. You will manage the entire therapeutic process for your assigned patients, ensuring their rehabilitation goals are met through individualized treatment plans that foster engagement and positive outcomes.

Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, where you will collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals. Your workweek will be Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance while addressing the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assessment and personalized treatment for each patient, ensuring adherence to their prescribed care plans.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional status to develop tailored rehabilitation strategies.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including exercises and manual therapy techniques, aimed at improving patient mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, use of assistive devices, and ways to continue therapeutic practices at home.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet rehabilitation objectives and facilitate optimal healing.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing insights and updates regarding patient care and progress.
• Manage your caseload effectively, including evaluating daily staffing needs and assigning patient care tasks to ensure a balanced workload.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including adults recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Our clinic is committed to holistic care, emphasizing the importance of individualized treatment that addresses both physical and psychological aspects of recovery.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees (e.g., DPT) are encouraged.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, we welcome candidates who have a robust background in rehabilitation techniques, especially those focused on improving outcomes in diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits
