Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical health by reviewing medical history, conducting assessments, and documenting findings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a home care Physical Therapist, you will work primarily with patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness who require in-home rehabilitation. Qualifications
