Work Environment

Our facility operates in a sleek outpatient setting from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring ample time for personalized patient interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their specific needs and establish individualized treatment plans based on their goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are delivered effectively to maximize recovery and improve mobility.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic approaches, including manual therapy techniques, functional exercises, and patient education to support rehabilitation efforts.
• Engage with patients throughout their treatment, offering motivation and encouragement to foster a positive healing environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate treatment progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of therapy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress utilizing EMR software, specifically Web PT.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in Florida, free of any sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrable expertise in implementing various manual therapy techniques and exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.
• Knowledgeable about contemporary physical therapy practices, with a focus on evidence-based interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting with a focus on orthopedic care is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement with non-surgical rehabilitation strategies and patient management in a clinical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective exercise programs for a variety of demographic groups.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
