Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, assessing their physical capabilities and tailoring treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement diverse treatment methodologies, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor and document treatment progress meticulously, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage actively with patients and their families, providing education regarding their individualized treatment plans and the expected progress.
• Deliver training and support to caregivers and healthcare teams on the appropriate use of assistive devices and therapies to foster patient independence and self-care.
• Maintain professional knowledge and skills through continual education, participation in workshops, and networking within the professional community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and seniors, each with unique challenges and rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, with current licensure by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
