Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations, disabilities, and treatment goals.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, progress, and changing needs.
• Providing ongoing patient education to empower individuals in their recovery journey, involving family members when appropriate.
• Delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to patients' conditions and demonstrating effective patient handling skills.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with all legal and professional standards.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless patient care and continuity.
• Participating in community outreach programs, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings to enhance our practice and service delivery.

Qualifications
