Work Environment

This onsite position is situated in our outpatient office, which is designed to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients. You will work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic injuries, utilizing clinical assessments and diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient, guided by their initial assessments.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and utilize various modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to facilitate recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress through regular evaluations, modifying treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation techniques, and the implementation of home exercise programs to promote autonomous recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and sports trainers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices, ensuring continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in clinical settings focusing on orthopedics, geriatrics, acute care, or outpatient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
