Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center features modern treatment rooms equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic modalities to support effective rehabilitation. As part of a collaborative team featuring two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), you will engage in a supportive atmosphere where innovation and evidence-based practices are encouraged. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess individual patient needs and customize treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring attentive and quality care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques to promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress, track the effectiveness of treatment plans, and adjust strategies as needed to align with patient advancements.
• Inspire and motivate patients to engage fully in their treatment plans, fostering a culture of rehabilitation and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients.
• Evaluate patient responses to therapy and modify approaches for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and wellness strategies to maintain health improvements.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state Physical Therapist License without any disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills with a strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While we are open to applicants with various levels of experience, candidates with a background in orthopedic outpatient care will be given preference. Experience in utilizing interdisciplinary approaches and participating in collaborative treatment planning is also a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits
