Key Responsibilities

• Elicit comprehensive evaluations to assess and tailor individual treatment plans for patients referred by their physicians, ensuring a customized approach to rehabilitation.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities, employing specialized techniques within orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine contexts.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and their caregivers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to maximize positive patient outcomes through interprofessional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic care that promotes improvement in the patient's condition as delineated in their individualized plan of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment procedures, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation goals, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Maintain adherence to productivity and business goals to support the operational success of the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
