Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs based on diagnostic tests, functional abilities, and personal goals.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities in accordance with physician directives.
• Provide rehabilitative care that aims to relieve pain, improve muscle function, and maximize the patient's independence.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants in the execution of the treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care is delivered consistently.
• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress, including reporting changes and necessary modifications to physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Conduct home evaluations to provide recommendations for environmental adjustments that can enhance patient independence and safety.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to monitor patient outcomes consistently.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals during case conferences, discussing comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, including the use of necessary therapeutic devices and encouraged home exercises.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
