Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, detailing their physical condition, medical history, and rehabilitation goals.
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans utilizing clinically validated techniques and approaches.
• Administer therapies within patients' homes, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance recovery and functional mobility.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers regarding treatment procedures, self-management techniques, and preventive measures.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting care plans as necessary and ensuring alignment with the physician's prescription.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our practice, you will engage with a diverse array of patients including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, pediatric populations, and individuals coping with neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
