Work Environment

This role is offered in an onsite outpatient office setting, where each day is dynamic and engaged. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance while ensuring that patient needs are met with urgency and care. Team collaboration is at the heart of our practice, as we frequently consult each other to refine treatment strategies and ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for patients suffering from orthopedic injuries or conditions.

• Analyze pertinent patient history and perform detailed assessments to derive clear recommendations and document results accurately.

• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs and continuously monitor progress, adjusting care as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Engage in collaborative practice by consulting with other healthcare professionals to address complex patient needs and make necessary referrals for additional services when indicated.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to comply with regulatory standards and contribute to patient records.

• Actively participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and continuing education in alignment with professional development goals.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations concerning the practice of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic serves a diverse clientele ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic surgeries or chronic conditions. The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work closely with individuals who require tailored therapy programs specific to their functional limitations and rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state physical therapy license in Florida.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy or a related field.

• Current CPR certification is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly foster relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

While 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional expertise in specialized areas of therapy or experience using digital health solutions for patient management will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits
