Our state-of-the-art facility features 5,000 square feet of innovative sports medicine space equipped with the latest technology and tools designed to support optimal patient outcomes. As a PT-owned practice, we emphasize a culture of collaboration and excellence, serving primarily patients with private medical insurance.

Work Environment

Our facility fosters a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with fellow practitioners, including our skilled physical therapists and physical therapy assistants, to provide high-quality care. We operate predominantly during weekdays, with regular hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. This structure allows for a balanced work-life experience while ensuring that you can devote your full attention to your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's objectives, physical condition, and rehabilitation goals.
• Personalized Treatment: Develop individualized treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy and exercise protocols, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Patient Management: Manage a scheduled caseload effectively, typically seeing one patient per hour to provide focused, personalized care.
• Outcome Measurement: Regularly assess treatment outcomes, monitor each patient's progress, and modify therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Patient Motivation: Inspire and motivate patients throughout their treatment process, encouraging adherence to exercise and rehabilitation protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care services provided in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Engage with other healthcare professionals to develop holistic care plans that address a wide range of patient needs.
• Ongoing Education: Continuously stay abreast of the latest developments in orthopedic therapy and apply these insights to improve clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on providing specialized care to patients rehabilitating from orthopedic conditions, injuries, or surgeries. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will help individuals of all ages regain functionality and independence, utilizing your skills to deliver targeted interventions that ultimately aim to reduce reliance on medications and promote proactive, non-surgical treatment alternatives.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to enhance patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Expertise in creating effective exercise protocols that cater to individual patient needs.
• A track record of successfully collaborating with healthcare teams will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
