Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients presenting with functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with patients' health goals and functional needs.
• Consulting with other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Adhering to customer service standards while fostering positive interactions with patients across diverse backgrounds.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment and discharge plans as per professional standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Effectively utilizing electronic health records to maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by proficiency in electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Experience
