Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their needs and baseline functional abilities.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and progress.
• Provide skilled interventions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Engage with patients, caregivers, and family members to encourage active participation in the rehabilitation process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using EMR systems such as WebPT.
• Coordinate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise and mentor support staff and new hires, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is strongly preferred.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• A clean disciplinary record that demonstrates professionalism and ethical practice.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to perform evaluations and treatments effectively.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and a commitment to developing tailored patient programs.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is advantageous for smooth documentation processes.

Preferred Experience

We value a minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, which will allow you to bring valuable insights and treatment techniques to our team. Previous experiences working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
