Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the specific goals and needs of each patient, ensuring that personalized treatment plans are developed for effective rehabilitation.
• Manage a manageable caseload of approximately one patient per hour to ensure focused, high-quality care.
• Implement diverse treatment methodologies to improve patients' range of motion and overall mobility, including hands-on therapy and innovative exercise programs.
• Foster patient independence by promoting non-surgical treatment options and reducing reliance on medications.
• Design and adjust comprehensive care plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
