Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments by reviewing patients' medical histories and consulting them about their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes.
• Teach patients and their families the proper techniques for therapeutic exercises to promote recovery and independence.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities including massage, stimulation techniques, and manual therapy to enhance healing.
• Provide guidance and support to patients in using assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records, tracking goals and progress to modify treatment plans as required.
• Interface with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, sharing critical patient information for coordinated treatment.
• Advise patients and their families on home exercise programs and in-home treatment options to reinforce rehabilitation efforts.

Qualifications
