Customer Service Representative (CSR) Central Ohio Appliance Repair Inc. is currently interviewing for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR). Central Ohio Appliance Repair, a family-owned-and-operated business, has been the leader in servicing residential kitchen and laundry appliances in the Columbus Ohio area since 1975. As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
