What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and empathy
• Efficiently resolving product, order, shipping, and return issues, while escalating complex problems as needed
• Advising customers on return and warranty processes, providing solutions, and processing replacements if applicable
• Communicating trends, issues, and customer insights to the broader team to help inform improvements
• Cross-selling or referring products and services to enhance customer experience and drive brand loyalty

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (chat and email support); e-commerce experience is a plus
• Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
• A professional, positive, and supportive demeanor, especially in challenging interactions

Location & Schedule
This temporary customer service position is in-office in Columbus, OH, and offers full-time, first shift hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that there will be times of mandatory overtime.
