Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create a positive and friendly store atmosphere
• Assist customers with questions, purchases, and information about promotions and loyalty programs
• Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
• Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
• Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
• Maintain store standards and support daily operations as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise
