Clothes Mentor Columbus, located in Upper Arlington, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to create a positive and friendly store atmosphere
- Assist customers with questions, purchases, and information about promotions and loyalty programs
- Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
- Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
- Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
- Maintain store standards and support daily operations as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise
