Customer Service Representative - Columbus

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers to ensure a friendly and enjoyable store experience
• Provide information about products, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Accurately and efficiently handle all point-of-sale (POS) transactions
• Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
• Clearly communicate the buying and selling process to customers
• Maintain store operations and uphold company standards
• Support the team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Energetic, upbeat, and comfortable engaging with customers
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with good judgment and a strong sense of urgency
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Able to meet physical demands, including frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Attention to detail when inspecting items
• Interest or experience in kids' merchandise is a plus
