Enviro Professional Response is looking for an experienced and driven Lead Water Mitigation Technician to join our team in Savannah, GA. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee water mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping using industry-standard equipment
• Set up and monitor dehumidifiers, air movers, and other drying equipment on job sites
• Document job progress with photos, moisture readings, and detailed daily reports
• Communicate professionally with property owners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior technicians on proper mitigation techniques and safety protocols
• Identify and escalate potential mold, sewage, or structural concerns to project management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on water mitigation or restoration experience preferred 
• IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Proficiency with drying equipment, moisture meters, and thermal imaging tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew on multiple job sites
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in high-stress situations
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, crawling, and working in confined spaces
• Availability for on-call and emergency response shifts, including nights and weekends
