About The Role The OSP Construction Manager has overall responsibility for the design, permitting, material acquisition, construction and tie‑in of outside plant construction projects and programs. The employee will monitor all aspects of the project and expedite or elevate as appropriate to achieve the cost, quality, and schedule goals. The OSP Construction Manager will also be responsible for generating work prints (design in CAD), cost estimates for job orders, inspections, and invoice reconciliation. What You’ll Do Review engineering design prints for accuracy and the ability to build the project as designed, including clear and concise prints, required units, applicable permits, right‑of‑way information, MOP requirements, and site survey forms.
