PAY & SCHEDULE

• Starting Pay: $21.43/hour

• After Training: $22.68/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Days

• Flexible schedule

• Position Type: Direct Hire

• Location: Geneseo, NY

• Benefits: Start Day 1

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of the company, helping customers find solutions while providing professional and positive service.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Answer customer questions and resolve issues

• Discuss payment options and negotiate payment arrangements

• Respond to customer emails with a helpful, can-do attitude

• Troubleshoot problems and find fast, friendly solutions

• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems

• Follow established call scripts and procedures

• Manage multiple systems while maintaining an engaging customer experience

• Represent the company with professionalism and positivity

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need years of customer service experience—we're looking for someone with the communication skills, motivation, and willingness to learn to succeed!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills

• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems

• Strong typing and organizational skills

• Familiarity with standard office systems and procedures

• Motivated to learn, meet goals, and grow professionally

• Ability to work onsite in Geneseo, NY
