We're looking for an outgoing, motivated, and results-driven  Event Sponsorship & Partnerships Specialist to help grow the Beautiful Mind Women's Transformation Conference 2027.

\n

Beautiful Mind is a three-day experience focused on women's health, confidence, personal transformation, wellness, and faith.

\n

We're bringing together inspirational speakers, influential creators, medical experts, wellness brands, and women who are ready to invest in themselves.

\n

We need someone who loves making connections, opening doors, and turning conversations into partnerships.

\n

This is a sales and relationship-building opportunity, not an event logistics position.

What You'll Do\n

\n
• Secure sponsors: Research, contact, pitch, and close wellness, beauty, health, fitness, and lifestyle brands for event sponsorships and exhibitor opportunities.
\n
• Recruit medical partners: Build relationships with plastic surgeons, bariatric specialists, obesity medicine providers, and other qualified healthcare professionals interested in participating.
\n
• Connect with speakers and influencers: Reach out to motivational speakers, transformation advocates, creators, and their representatives to explore event participation.
\n
• Support ticket sales: Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, and influencers on promotional partnerships that increase awareness and drive ticket sales.
\n
• Manage your pipeline: Track outreach, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and closed partnerships in our CRM.
\n
• Collaborate with leadership: Work directly with the Founder on partnership strategy, approvals, and priorities.

Who We're Looking For\n

We're interested in someone who:

\n

\n
• Has experience in sponsorship sales, business development, event partnerships, or relationship-based selling.
\n
• Is comfortable with cold outreach, networking, follow-ups, and asking for the sale.
\n
• Communicates confidently with business owners, brands, influencers, and medical professionals.
\n
• Is organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
\n
• Enjoys working toward measurable sales goals.
\n
• Has an interest in women's wellness, health, beauty, or personal development.
\n
• Can attend the conference in Houston, Texas.
\n
• Experience using AI to accelerate results
\n

\n

Experience selling sponsorships for conferences, expos, or live events is strongly preferred.

\n

Existing relationships with wellness brands, physicians, or influencers are a major plus.

Compensation\n

Base Pay + commission on eligible sponsorship and partnership revenue collected.

\n

This is a part-time, remote independent contractor opportunity, ideal for someone with event sponsorship or business development experience who wants to earn additional income through performance-based sales.

\n

The engagement will begin with an initial 90-day performance evaluation.

\n

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to continue supporting the conference through the event.

• Developing and closing major wellness and lifestyle brand sponsorships.

• Recruiting additional keynote speakers and influential promotional partners.
\n
• Supporting ticket sales through strategic collaborations.
