Job Description
The Farm Manager oversees Forester Farms, LLC including day to day operations, budgeting and planning.
QUALIFICATIONS- Must have a strong personal Christian commitment and faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to serve others
- Must be committed to the mission of Huntington University as a comprehensive Christian College dedicated to educating students to impact our world for Christ
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and external agricultural organizations.
- Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education, preferred
- Excellent communications skills
- Extensive experience in agriculture.
- Prior successful university-level farm management experience is preferred.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position.
