About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for a Strategic Account, a pivotal role that demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations or customer success programs. The successful candidate will be the accountable leader for the end-to-end success of a significant program for a strategic customer, with a focus on program leadership, customer relationship, team leadership, and delivery of outcomes. This high-visibility, high-stakes position requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience, a strong command of project governance, and the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role involves serving as the single point of accountability, driving the master project plan, and ensuring the successful delivery of the program, including go-live and post-go-live activities. Applicants for the Managing Director role at the company should have a background in practice management, accounting, or professional services technology, and experience with enterprise rollouts involving custom integrations and multi-tenant architectures. The ideal candidate will have a track record of navigating ambiguous, high-stakes situations, and making sound decisions under pressure, as well as exceptional communication skills.
