We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Back of House Staff member on a contract basis to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate service
