Accounts Payable CoordinatorThe Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our vendor's invoices are paid in a timely manner and supplied with the highest level of customer services.Responsibilities:Must input high volume of invoices into Lawson softwarePerform three match on Invoices with a purchase order numberResponsible for check cutting, matching and mailingCommunicates and coordinates with vendors via phone providing the payment status of invoicesMust be able to reconcile vendor statements and provide results of reconciliation to vendor including be able to resolve discrepancies foundMaintain Accounts Payable files; filing, pulling and coping/scanning of invoicesProvides other duties as neededAbility and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and potentially holidays as needed by the customerQualifications:At least one year experience in accounts payable position or related clerical positionComputer applications using MS EXCELComputer applications using Lawson helpfulStrong analytical and mathematical skillsWe are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $21.97/hour - $29.29/hour. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
