Journeyman Electrician – Residential New Construction & Service

What began as a small electrical department in 2020 has grown into a strong, close-knit team of 13+ electricians and administrators — and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician who excels in residential new construction while also enjoying the variety and customer connection of residential service work .
From multifamily communities and custom homes to helping homeowners with upgrades and repairs — you’ll have steady, meaningful work you can be proud of.
What You’ll Be Doing:
New Construction & Project Work
- Lead and support large-scale residential new construction projects
- Wire multifamily developments, subdivisions, and custom homes
- Read blueprints and manage projects from rough-in through final
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
Residential Service & Upgrades
- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems
- Install lighting, outlets, panels, generators, EV chargers, and smart home systems
- Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners
- Provide customized estimates for electrical projects
Team Leadership & Organization
- Mentor apprentices
- Maintain job documentation
- Follow OSHA and local/state electrical codes
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License
- Strong residential new construction experience
- Residential service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead projects and work independently
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Team-first attitude
Compensation
$70,000 – $100,000+ annually , depending on experience, performance, overtime, and commission incentives.
(Top performers regularly increase earnings through service commissions and project efficiency bonuses.)
