We are hiring a Recruiter to join our team - come grow with us! You don't need a background in recruiting to win here. We are a small, fast-growing agency, and we will train the right person from the ground up if needed. Make no mistake—this is a high-octane sales role . But it's also deeply relationship-based . Ideal Background: While no prior recruiting experience is required, we find having a background in Sales, Business Development and/or cold calling a big plus!
