Team members join a company that values cleanliness, sustainability, and a friendly, customer-focused environment. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Boise, ID. The Recruiter will manage the full cycle of hiring for car wash locations, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with managers. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, building talent pipelines, attending local hiring events, and maintaining applicant tracking documentation. The Recruiter will also support onboarding activities, communicate regularly with candidates, and collaborate with operations leadership to understand staffing needs and maintain a strong workforce aligned with company values. Qualifications Talent acquisition and recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and represent the company professionally. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles, maintain records, and meet hiring timelines. Basic proficiency with HR and recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and office productivity software. Knowledge of or interest in customer service-focused roles, preferably in retail, automotive services, or similar environments. Ability to work on-site in Boise, ID, build relationships in the local community, and occasionally support hiring events. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is beneficial. Prior recruiting, HR, or staffing experience is preferred but candidates with relevant transferable experience will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
