Seek opportunities to expand workforce pipelines that support local and regional economic development. Student Organizations and Extended Learning Opportunities Oversee Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs), including but not limited to SkillsUSA, DECA, HOSA, FCCLA, BPA, FFA, and TSA.
Support student participation in competitions, leadership development activities, and industry-related experiences.
Monitor CTSO performance and participation as indicators of program quality and student engagement. Grant and Resource Management Direct the administration of Perkins V and other federal, state, and local grants supporting Career and Technical Education.
Develop grant applications and oversee implementation of funded initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all grant requirements, reporting obligations, and fiscal guidelines.
Monitor expenditures and maintain effective stewardship of district resources.

Qualifications:
Valid Texas educator certificate
Minimum of five (5) years of successful educational leadership experience
Experience leading Career and Technical Education programs, workforce development initiatives, postsecondary readiness programs, or related instructional programs
Preferred Mid-Management, Principal, or Superintendent Certification
Career and Technical Education teaching certification
District-level leadership experience
Experience administering Perkins V and other federal or state grant programs
Experience with Career and Technical Education accountability systems, Programs of Study, industry-based certifications, and work-based learning programs
