Project Manager_ Transmission & Substation

About the role Project Manager – Transmission & Substation on a 1‑year contract (W‑2). Manage the Early Stage process for high‑voltage transmission and substation projects, coordinating engineering, estimating, supply chain and construction resources through pre‑construction activities within the Engineering and Construction (E&C). Location Juno Beach, FL 33408. Remote option available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Lead development of project plans with focus on execution, cost, and schedule. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations. Manage integration across scope, schedule, and budget. Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services. Support estimating with detailed scope and assumptions for financial models. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide progress, issue, and risk updates to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management. 2–5 years of experience managing projects exceeding $100 MM. Strong project management skills with ability to manage scope, schedule, and cost. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to travel (~25%). Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $30.00/hr. to $35.00/hr. (dependent on experience, qualifications and skills).
