CDL‑A Driver — 3 Months Experience, Dedicated Home Weekly (Full Time) Class A CDL truck drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable experience (local, regional, OTR, but not yard jockey, trainer, or school) earn $1,900–$2,200 per week, plus a $2,000 sign‑on bonus and full benefits starting after 30 days. Compensation and Pays Competitive pay: $0.70–$0.80 CPM, with pay raises every 6 months. Earn $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload, averaging $1,900 per week; top drivers earn over $2,200 per week. Sign‑on bonus: $2,000, paid as $500 after first load, $500 after 30 days, and $1,000 after 60 days. Home time: Be home weekly and on weekends 80% of the time. Annual pay: $98,800–$108,000 per year, top earners earning $108,000. Touch freight easy: 100% touch freight; lightweight boxes 1–18 lb on conveyor belt. Modern equipment: Freightliner or International trucks with automatic transmissions and APUs. Paid training: 5 days at $150 per day. Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, 401(k) available after 30 days. Rider & pet policy: Bring rider and pet after training. Requirements Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience in last 3 years. No more than 2 non‑serious moving violations in last 12 months and no more than 3 in last 36 months. No more than 1 serious moving violation in last 12 months. Maximum of 2 DOT preventable accidents in last 2 years, with no more than 1 in last 12 months. No terminations from previous jobs for safety reasons.
