Confidential seeks Registered Nurses for various Medicine units at Yale New Haven Hospital, Saint Raphael Campus. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care, while collaborating with healthcare teams. A valid Connecticut RN License and BSN are preferred. Responsibilities include ongoing patient evaluation and the development of tailored care plans.
