Assistant Unit Manager (Levels 1-3) As an Assistant Unit Manager at Mitra QSR, you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to oversee the following key areas: Employees, Customers, and Restaurant operations. Job Summary You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, nurturing and growing your team, building a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring quick and high‑quality service for guests, and maintaining high standards for cleanliness and equipment. Role Expectations Create a positive and collaborative workplace where everyone feels valued. Mentor and inspire the team to provide the best customer service. Deliver great service, ensuring guests have positive experiences with friendly service, cleanliness, and quality food. Maintain cleanliness and overall restaurant operations. Manage finances, partnering with the General Manager on the restaurant's Profit & Loss statement. Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, brand, and company policies. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. Basic understanding of restaurant finances. Ownership mindset, taking responsibility for business outcomes. Requirements Preferred: 1 year management experience. Strong communication skills. Minimum age 18 with valid U.S. ID. Pass a criminal background check and be able to manage minors. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Willingness to participate in the Mitra culture.
