Location: Roswell, New Mexico
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
A well-established physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient practice in southeastern New Mexico. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting physicians with a collaborative practice environment.
Position SummaryThe Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across a broad range of ages and medical needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking long-term stability, professional autonomy, and a supportive clinical environment.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals when needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply.
