• Creating those #MagicMoments with members in the studio! 
• Greeting all who walk through our doors with positivity and a smile 
• Introduce Orangetheory’s science-backed workouts to any first-time guest 
• Responding to all member calls, emails, or texts within a timely manner 
• Giving studio previews, delivering top-notch product knowledge with confidence 
• Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout 
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and achieve their #GOALS 
• Following up on prospective clients over the phone and/or in-person 
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution 
• Maintaining organization through administrative tasks 
• Participating in marketing and outreach events 
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
