Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records Follow care plans and safety protocols Foster respectful relationships with residents and families Qualifications: U.S. High School Diploma or GED required Current PA CNA certification Prior CNA experience preferred Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and dementia care Intermediate computer skills Basic Life Support certification preferred Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment Join a team where your dedication and compassion make a lasting difference.
