Lateral Partner Senior Recruiting ManagerWe are a Firm where people truly believe in what they do and strive to achieve the highest standards of performance and success.This position may be filled in our Dallas or Houston office.The Lateral Partner Senior Recruiting Manager is responsible for effectively managing the recruiting and hiring of lateral partners in Texas, where we currently have offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, as well as supporting firmwide lateral partner initiatives. The incumbent in this position reports to the firm's Director of Legal Recruiting and works closely with section, practice group and office leadership to recruit and hire partners with practices that enhance the firm's financial position and reputation and brand. This role involves developing strategies to attract, assess, and hire partner-level talent to further the firm's legal recruiting goals.Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:Collaborate with leadership to understand lateral partner hiring priorities in the relevant markets.Help to develop and execute a comprehensive partner recruiting strategy for assigned offices that aligns with the firm's recruiting and business objectives. Keep apprised of market conditions and lateral opportunities.Establish, enhance, and manage relationships with external recruiters to develop recruiting opportunities.
