\nUX Specialist II
\nThe Senior Experience Designer will craft quality, straightforward experiences that are inclusive and connect our users, streamlining complex tasks to provide value and delight. While working with partners to determine a shared plan forward that balances business, user, and technology considerations, you will create and champion an experience that is highly engaging and usable and deliver pixel-perfect detailed design with your team.
\n \nKey Responsibilities and Duties

- Design and deliver end user experiences through exceptional craft design and execution on end-to-end journeys. Use your strong design aesthetic to bring together brand expressions and systems thinking. Practice universal design and believe in inclusion. \n
- Inspire and motivate others in the spirit of contributing to our greater mission and team culture. \n
- Design with a strategic mindset, taking the complex and making it simple, clear, and trusted. \n
- Bring your strengths in storytelling to present a coherent rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider design team and cross-functional partnerships. \n
- Expertise in Figma design and experience using AI tools to drive design forward efficiently and effectively. \n
