We are building an elite product team, and we’re hiring a Lead Product Owner to own high-impact initiatives and drive measurable outcomes across our core user experience and growth funnels.

\n

Role Overview

\n

\n

As our Lead Product Owner, Growth & Engagement, you will own the product strategy, execution, and measurement framework for key growth initiatives across our gaming platform.

\n

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM, and Engineering, ensuring that every growth initiative is measurable, data-driven, and optimized for business impact.

\n

\n

This is a highly analytical product leadership role responsible not only for delivering features but also for defining how success is measured, creating visibility into player behavior, and partnering with BI and Marketing teams to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization outcomes.

\n

\n

This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role where you will:

• Drive the roadmap for major initiatives
\n
• Own KPIs related to activation, retention, conversion, purchase behavior, & feature engagement
\n
• Lead cross-functional squads to deliver rapid, high-quality releases
\n
• Influence product strategy and collaborate directly with founders
\n
• Define and evolve systems that impact millions of players
\n

You must thrive on solving ambiguous problems, prioritizing ruthlessly, making fast decisions, and shipping with urgency. This is not a backlog-administrator role. This is a builder, strategist, optimizer, and owner role.

What You Will Own

• Activation metrics & LTV growth

• Friction analysis & funnel A/B testing and optimization
\n
• User flows, UI/UX, navigation, personalization
\n
• Trigger-based popups, nudges, and in-session offers
\n

Gamification & Rewards Systems

\n

\n
• Daily streaks, wheels, chests, scratchers, seasonal events
\n
• Loyalty, VIP, rakeback programs, bonus systems & payout mechanics
\n
• Sweepstakes and promotional mechanics: raffles, refer-a-friend programs, free spin/free play offers
\n
• Multi-Currency economy design and redemption flows
\n
• Intelligent reward delivery based on user behavior
\n

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

\n

\n
• Own the product vision for your domain and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
\n
• Make decisions based on KPIs, data insights, and player behavior patterns.
\n
• Partner directly with founders on product strategy and prioritization.
\n

\n

\n

Execution & Delivery

\n

\n
• Lead a high-output Agile squad (engineering, design, QA, data).
\n
• Write clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
\n
• Manage sprint goals and ensure the team consistently ships with urgency.
\n
• Guarantee that releases meet quality standards, functionally and experientially.
\n

Growth & KPI Ownership

\n

\n
• Optimize funnels for activation, retention, and purchases.
\n
• Lead A/B tests and experiments with quick iteration cycles.
\n
• Continuously evaluate performance metrics and refine prioritization.
\n

\n

\n

Cross-Functional Collaboration

\n

\n
• Work with Performance Marketing, CRM, VIP, Marketing, and Data teams to integrate product features with segmentation and personalized journeys.
\n
• Collaborate with Compliance on multi-jurisdictional requirements.
\n
• Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders through proactive, transparent communication.
\n

Continuous Improvement

• Drive retrospectives that lead to real, meaningful improvements.
\n
• Champion best practices in product, experimentation, and Agile execution.
\n
• Identify opportunities for innovation and always question the status quo.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

Required

\n

\n
• 5–10+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management in high-growth environments.
\n
• Experience in social casino, mobile gaming, fintech, real-money gaming, online sports betting, daily fantasy sports, prediction markets, or live operations.
\n
• A proven track record of driving measurable outcomes, not just shipping features.
\n
• High product intuition and strong analytical ability — comfortable working with data dashboards, funnels, A/B test results, and real-time metrics.
\n
• Experience integrating and optimizing behavioral analytics vendors
\n
• Experience improving user experience, monetization flows, or retention loops.
\n
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery at scale — can run high-performance squads
\n
• Exceptional communication skills — crisp, concise, and able to align teams quickly.
\n
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high expectations.
\n

Preferred

\n

\n
• Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, GA4, or similar analytics tools.
\n
• Familiarity with gamification mechanics or rewards systems.
\n
• Agile certifications (PSPO/CSPO) are a bonus, not a requirement.
\n
