Now Hiring-Production Technicians in Brighton, CO

Brighton, CO | Night Shift (5:00 PM – 3:30 AM) | $3.00/Hour Shift Differential

Join a leading manufacturing team and play a key role in building high-quality equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience using tools and assembly equipment.

• Assemble fabricated parts and components using hand and power tools
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing processes
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Install and assemble mechanical components, including bolts, bearings, shafts, and fasteners
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect and test assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Move and position materials throughout the production area
• Utilize overhead/bridge cranes for material handling
• Work closely with team members to complete final assemblies
• Meet production and quality expectations in a deadline-driven environment

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Blueprint reading experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Mechanical assembly

• Material handling and crane operation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $28.50/hr.
