Maintenance Supervisor

The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment. What will you do? Performs basic repair and maintenance of assigned equipment Performs preventative maintenance on stand, kitchen, and bar equipment Orders parts and maintains inventory Safely operates small power tools and other maintenance tools Completes all paperwork and maintenance log in a timely manner Reviews status of assignments and any follow-up actions with the Manager Performs other duties as assigned More about you Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position Experience with machinery, metalworking and locksmith duties Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades Must possess a valid driver’s license No college degree required Physical requirements Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Shift details Evenings Days Weekends Events #J-18808-Ljbffr Casino Gaming Institute Inc
